Treated wood panels are fitted to Timbercrete concrete posts and bases, keeping the wood from touching the ground.  The concrete won't rot or decay, and the fencing won't tilt or lean because the concrete base panels lock the system together.

The design of the panel system allows for minor shifting from earthquakes or settlement, without damaging the fence.  Should repair be needed, the modular system allows for quick replacement of panels.

Lifetime warranty (pdf*) on the concrete (concrete will not spall or fail due to manufacture's defect during ownership by original purchaser) and 20 year warranty on the wood panels if enrolled in the Timbercrete maintenance program.
